1. Confirm manufacturing experience
Choose a manufacturer with direct experience in cable tray production, not only trading. Production history, product range and project understanding all affect quotation accuracy.
2. Check product coverage
A practical supplier should support cable ladder, galvanized cable tray, perforated cable tray, metal trunking and matching fittings. This keeps the project system consistent.
3. Compare coating options
Coating method affects cost and service life. Ask whether the manufacturer can supply pre-galvanized steel, hot-dip galvanizing after fabrication, powder coating or stainless steel according to project environment.
4. Send a complete RFQ
Include product type, size, thickness, coating method, quantity, fitting list, drawings, target standard and destination country. Complete information helps the manufacturer quote faster and reduces misunderstandings.
